The 12 Laws of our Universe
We’ve all heard of the Law of Attraction, but did you know it’s just one of twelve Universal Laws?
These laws were first codified in The Kybalion (1908), and later popularized in books such as 12 Laws of the Universe.
As the Laws of our Universe, they illuminate the unseen currents of energy flowing within This Reality. Another world may have its own design, but for us, they reveal the ongoing dance of birth, death, and renewal.
Taken together, these laws form a living map of how energy and spirit move through our world — and by working with them, we CAN align ourselves with the Deeper Order of Life.
1.
Law of Oneness
Everything in the universe is interconnected. Our thoughts, actions, and beliefs have a ripple effect, influencing the world around us. Recognizing this unity encourages compassion, mindfulness, and a sense of responsibility toward all beings.
2.
Law of Vibration
Everything has a vibrational frequency. Our emotions and thoughts emit vibrations that attract similar energies. By elevating our vibrations through positive thoughts and actions, we align ourselves with higher frequencies and attract corresponding experiences.
3.
Law of Correspondence
As above, so below; as within, so without. This law suggests that patterns repeat throughout the universe and our lives. By understanding the microcosm, we can gain insights into the macrocosm, and vice versa.
4.
Law of Attraction
Like attracts like. Our thoughts and feelings attract similar energies and experiences. By focusing on what we desire and maintaining a positive mindset, we draw those desires into our reality.
5.
Law of Action
Manifestation requires more than just thought; it also requires action. This law emphasizes the importance of taking steps toward our goals, guided by inspiration and intuition, to bring our desires into fruition.
6.
Law of Karma
Also called the Law of Cause and Effect, this law states that every action has a corresponding reaction. Our deeds, whether positive or negative, set into motion consequences that return to us. Being mindful of our actions helps us create outcomes aligned with our intentions.
7.
Law of Compensation
The universe compensates us for the good and bad we do. This law suggests that the energy we put into the world returns to us in various forms, such as wealth, love, or opportunities.
8.
Law of Transmutation
All energy is alchemical, constantly shifting from one state to another. Through focus and intent, what feels heavy or obstructive can be transformed into a force for growth and creation.
9.
Law of Relativity
Nothing is inherently good or bad; everything is relative. Our experiences are measured against others, and our perceptions shape our reality. By shifting our perspective, we can change our experience of any situation.
10.
Law of Polarity
Everything has an opposite. This law teaches that contrasts exist to help us understand and appreciate the full spectrum of experiences. Embracing both sides allows for growth and balance.
11.
Law of Rhythm
Everything flows in cycles. This law acknowledges the natural ebb and flow of life, encouraging us to go with the flow and understand that both highs and lows are temporary.
12.
Law of Gender
Everything has masculine and feminine energies. This law emphasizes the balance between these energies within us and in the universe, promoting harmony and creation.
Understanding and integrating these laws into our daily lives can lead to a more harmonious and purposeful existence. They serve as reminders that we are active participants in the Unfolding of our Reality.
